Was unclear of where to go to pick up my rental. I actually went to the one behind the building first because there wasn't any clear signage. Was unsure which was my rental to pick up when I got there too cause no one was around. Other than that the packraft was fine and served it purpose.

I would recommend Alaskan Outdoor Gear Rental to anyone who is visiting Anchorage and is searching for a phenomenal ice skating or mountain sporting adventure. We rented 4 pairs of skates for the day and had an amazing time at the Westchester Lagoon. David was very helpful and also took the time to recommend great places to dine while we were on our vacation.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with Alaska Outdoor Gear Rental! Michelle helped me with my fishing gear rental, and she was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient, making sure I had everything I needed for a successful fishing trip. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciated her willingness to answer questions and help me find the right equipment.
