Never. Keep 100% of every booking. We never charge a per-booking or per-client fee, on any plan, and we never add a booking fee to your guest’s checkout either. You pay one flat monthly rate (plus your own payment processor’s standard transaction fees).

Yes, on every paid plan, and the difference is what they can DO there. On Basic your customers find you in the free GoHubs app and can book, leave a review, and sign your waiver before they arrive, all under your logo and colors. Premium adds the full experience around it: maps, trails, landmarks, the community feed and safety alerts. Either way they reach you by your name, a QR code, or your own domain, and there is no separate App Store download for you to manage.
An assistant in your cockpit that writes your listing details, social posts, emails, and replies to reviews, in your voice. It is on every plan, including the free one: 5 questions a day free, 25 on Basic and 100 on Premium. The count resets every morning, and the cockpit always shows how many you have left, so you are never guessing.
Switch to seasonal pause instead of cancelling. It is $29 a month: your listing and your website stay live so people can still find you, and bookings, waivers, emails to past guests and your place in the app switch off until you switch back. Change it any time in Account, Billing, and you can still cancel outright whenever you like.
List as many as you like. Adding a property is free on every plan, with no limit. Each location you want to take bookings on runs its own Basic or Premium plan, so you pay for what each one actually needs. Add multi-location management for $99 a month per account and you get the roll-up: bookings, revenue, and leads across every location on one screen, and one login to move between them.
