  Service was super helpful. Got help testing the fit for some downhill women’s ski boots with Connor. He was knowledgeable and could answer all my questions, including offering recommendations for different needs. Great visit; great staff. Solid selection of boots offered too.

  Got the best service the from Mark today. He got me in ski boots that fit perfectly in two tries. He was able to get one of the techs to mount my skis while I was there with no advanced notice, once he heard I was from a town 45 minutes away. He helped me out on the total cost because he knew I was having a hard time with the price of the boots, and I was getting bindings put on my new skis too. My boyfriend and I were really impressed by how knowledgeable the staff seemed to be and the selection of inventory they keep stocked. My boyfriend normally goes to Philbrick's in NH, but said he will be switching over to Arlberg for his snowboarding needs now. Thank you guys for getting me ready for this ski season in literally 20 minutes flat. Awesome service!

  I went in to Arlberg in search of a specific ski, I didn’t expect to find it in stock, figured best case it’d have to be ordered and maybe arrive within 2 weeks. Marc took the time to search through all the inventory, and tucked in the back was the exact pair I wanted, right width and length! They did the binding adjustment on the spot and bam, I had my skis on the hill the next day!
